Sacred Valley, Peru
Come & Be WOWED!
September 29 — October 10, 2027
With Karen Score & Ann Biasetti
Discover the perplexity, history, mystery and vibrancy of Peru on a perfectly paced journey offering something for everyone!
We begin our adventure in Lima, the Capitol of Peru, where we will spend the first two nights, staying in an authentic and charming turn of the century mansion located in the beautiful Miraflores neighborhood on the Pacific Coastline. We’ll have time to explore all the important historical sites in Lima along with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean from the Ocean Front Boardwalk, including Parque del Amor.
After getting a few good nights sleep and getting grounded, we will take a domestic flight (about 1.5 hrs) to Cusco where we will be picked up and transported to our beautiful retreat center in the heart of the Sacred Valley.
While at one of the premiere retreat centers in the Sacred Valley, you’ll have time to soak up the splendor and beauty of the surrounding area. Enjoy the gardens— an oasis of native plants and fruit trees held by the power and magnificence of the surrounding Andes Mountains. Allow yourself to be nurtured by joining in our daily offering of yoga classes taught by Ann Biasetti! (always optional)
Along with having plenty of time to relax, get a delightful spa treatment, star gaze, enjoy a local tour via horseback, or maybe get a Coca Leaf Reading, you’ll have the opportunity to make a visit to some awe inspiring Inca Ruins and quaint Andean villages and markets.
Now that we’ve gradually given ourselves time to get acclimated to the altitude, we head off toward the highlight of our journey—Machu Picchu!
Along the way we’ll make a pitstop at the ruins in Ollantaytambo (the entrance point to the Amazon corner of the Inca Empire) and then take the train the rest of the way to Machu Picchu Pueblo where we will spend the night in a lovely hotel. From here, we’ll head up to Machu Picchu in time to see the sunrise as it illuminates one row of granite stones at a time! After learning about the known facts, legends, and contemplating the mysteries of Machu Picchu on a guided tour, you’ll have plenty of time to explore on your own or just sit and soak up the healing energy of this magical place!
Now that we are acclimated and our bodies are prepared to handle an elevation of 11,000 ft. we head off to Cusco! Here, we will have time to explore the original capital of the Inca Empire, including its fascinating architecture, markets and shops. After our final dinner together and a good night’s rest in another lovely establishment, we will head home on Tuesday, June 20th with a renewed spirit, increased vitality and energy, along with a vast appreciation for the history, skills and knowledge of the Incas and the beautiful planet we call Earth (aka HOME).

For nearly two decades, Meghan Del Prete has been helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier through the art and science of Pilates. A Romana’s Pilates Certified Instructor since 2005, Meghan founded Reform. A True Pilates Studio in Saratoga Springs, NY, where she built a thriving community and mentored a team of instructors who shared her passion for the method’s transformative power.
Her teaching journey has taken her from Skidmore College’s Dance Department to working with collegiate athletes, and in 2012 she became a Romana’s Pilates Level 4 Teacher Trainer, guiding the next generation of instructors with her signature mix of precision, encouragement, and joy.
Beyond the studio, Meghan is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, lifelong vegetarian, and inspired plant-based cook. She loves showing people how vibrant, delicious, and energizing healthy food can be—and she’ll be bringing that same zest for wellness to our week together in Provence.
With a lifelong background in dance and a heart for helping women transform their lives through movement, Meghan brings both artistry and deep expertise to every class. Her Pilates sessions are designed to help you feel your best—balanced, strong, and connected to your body—so you can savor every moment of this magical retreat.
This May in the South of France, Meghan can’t wait to share her warmth, knowledge, and passion for movement with you. Whether we’re in the studio, strolling through sun-drenched markets, or enjoying a glass of wine as the Provençal sunset paints the hills, you’ll feel supported, inspired, and deeply cared for.

Our week in Provence will be about more than beautiful views, flowing Pilates, and exploring charming villages—it’s also an opportunity to nourish yourself from the inside out.
Romana’s Pilates Master Instructor and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Meghan Del Prete will be offering optional workshops designed to inspire a healthier, more joyful way of living— without rigid rules or one-size-fits-all advice.
Integrative Nutrition embraces the idea that we are all bio-individual—what works for one person may not work for another. Meghan’s approach blends delicious food inspiration with the “primary foods” of life: joy, relationships, creativity, career, physical activity, home environment, and more.
During the week, you might:
Discover the Power of Greens – Learn why adding more leafy greens is one of the easiest, most impactful steps toward better health (and enjoy them beautifully prepared by our chef).
Explore “Primary Foods” – Through guided conversation and journaling, reflect on all the elements that feed your well-being beyond what’s on your plate.
Try the Breakfast Experiment – Have fun sampling different breakfast styles and noticing how they affect your energy, focus, and mood throughout the day.
Cook Together in Provence – Step into the kitchen with Meghan and our private chef for a hands-on cooking experience, highlighting fresh, seasonal French ingredients.
These sessions are flexible, fun, and entirely optional—woven into our retreat so you can take what inspires you and leave the rest. You’ll return home not only refreshed, but also with new insights and easy, delicious ways to keep feeling your best.
